RETURN POLICY

 All sales are final. The only exceptions are if your item arrives damaged or if we sent you the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing info@healthergize.com. Please include your order number and, for a damaged item, a photo of the damage. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be honored.

If we confirm the item was damaged or incorrect, we will, at our sole discretion, either (a) issue a full refund to your original payment method, or (b) send a replacement of the same item.

Replacements are available only for items that are unopened and in their original, unused condition with the seal intact. If the item has been opened or used, we will issue a refund instead of a replacement.

Except as stated above, we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or opened, used, or partially used products.

Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method after we verify the issue. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
